Climate in the Rainforest
The Amazon Rainforest is the largest tropical rainforest anywhere. It is located in South America. It is pretty hot in the Amazon, the highest temperature in the rainforst has been 91 degrees during the day and it can be as low as 71 degrees at night, which is still pretty warm. The reason why they call it the Rainforest is because it gets a ton of rain. The Rainforest gets about 120 inches of rain each year and some parts can get up to 400 inches of rain. The time of year it rains the most is from October to May.
